Aloha Vintner Ernest!

Cheers to MOM! and Happy Cinco de Wino!!!

Its a great week that kicks off with a birthday bottling on Monday, Cinco de Mayo on Tuesday, and finishes up with a day solely dedicated to recognizing how AMAZING our MOTHER's are!!!

HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY MOM!

This toast goes out to all the mom's out there.
Thanks for loving us anyway.
And never forgetting to remind us about everything.

So we have some NEW wines...

yeaaa....  you know wanna try some.  :)

We have a NEW Estate German Mosel Valley Gewurztraminer.
> Classic regional distinction.  Medium body, zesty citrus, refreshing apple, ripe lemon, crunchy pear.  A great new addition.

We've also bottled the first 2 of our Limited Editions for the year - New Zealand Gisborne Merlot & the New Zealand Marlborough Gewurztraminer.
ooh la la!!! 
> The NZ Gewurzt is slightly sweet, crisp delight.  "...plenty of honey-suckle and orange blossom in the nose... tropical fruits of green papaya and mango... lingering finish of baking spices..." Mel says best white on the list.  Quote.
> The NZ Merlot is "...mouth full of red and black cherries over plums and boysenberry, cinnamon and brown sugar - this wine screams pie..."  It's a voluptuous lush.  No kidding.  You'll love it.

We'll probably have a tasting in the near future once the rest are ready, but if the New Zealand Gewurzt catches your ear, you better catch it now - we ONLY HAVE 3 LEFT!!!  Then it's GONE...

Next tasting - Trivia Night!

Less formal than the last time & just something fun.  Kind of a random wine knowledge trivia night/ quiz night.  There'll be some kind of prize.  There will be wine.  We're thinking next week sometime.  Keep an eye out for details to come later this week...
